Getting care—and staying connected—should be simple for your participants. With Uber, participants can use their Medicare Advantage benefit card for rides to the doctor, grocery deliveries, and everyday health essentials.
They can also get rides to community activities like art classes, dance lessons, and other enrichment programs—making it easier to stay healthy, independent, and engaged in the things they love.
Participants can scan the QR code on the handout to take their first trip on us!
9. Extra Activity Suggestions
The Longevity Club experience doesn’t have to end after the monthly meeting. We provide a guide for activity ideas that can be implemented throughout the month.
